Environmental Policy

Thai Summit Harness Group, a leading manufacturer of automotive parts, recognizes the vital importance of conducting business with environmental responsibility. We are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and promoting sustainable resource utilization to safeguard the quality of life for our employees, local communities, and all stakeholders. The Company has established this Environmental Policy as our guiding framework:

1. Environmental Protection and Risk Prevention: The Company is dedicated to reducing environmental impacts from manufacturing processes, preventing pollution, and continuously improving our environmental management system through systematic environmental risk assessment and management.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Company will operate strictly in accordance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards at both national and international levels, including specialized directives such as REACH, RoHS, and ELV.
3. Efficient Resource Utilization: We promote the efficient use of energy, water, and raw materials by adopting appropriate modern technologies to reduce resource consumption and minimize production waste.
4. Energy Management and Climate Change: We continuously enhance energy efficiency, consider the adoption of clean and renewable energy, and set clear greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets to achieve Carbon Neutrality and Net-Zero emissions by 2050.
5. Waste Management and Recycling: We minimize waste generation from production processes, increase the proportion of material recycling, and manage waste disposal through legally compliant, safe, and environmentally friendly methods.
6. Water and Soil Management: We control and reduce water consumption, prevent water and soil contamination, and support the conservation of natural water resources in alignment with sustainable development guidelines.
7. Air Quality Control: We strictly monitor and control gas and particulate emissions from production activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing appropriate filtration and control technologies.
8. Safe Chemical Management: We ensure proper storage, handling, and utilization of chemicals to prevent leakage or hazards, supported by comprehensive safety manuals and ongoing employee training.
9. Sustainable Product Design: The Company integrates environmental considerations into every stage of product design, promoting recyclable materials and reducing lifecycle environmental impacts.
10. Customer Safety and Health: We implement rigorous Substance of Environmental Concern (SOC) controls to eliminate prohibited heavy metals and hazardous substances, verifying safety for living organisms and enabling safe end-of-life recycling.
11. Stakeholder Engagement: We encourage suppliers, business partners, and contractors to adopt equivalent environmental practices and welcome external feedback and collaboration for ongoing system development.
12. Knowledge and Organizational Culture: We conduct continuous training programs and awareness campaigns to cultivate environmental knowledge, understanding, and consciousness among employees at all levels.
13. Monitoring and Reporting: We perform regular environmental audits and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, performance, and progress toward our sustainability goals.

Executives, employees at all levels, and stakeholders shall strictly understand and adhere to this policy, driving the Company toward sustainable environmental goals and maintaining our position as a trusted corporate citizen.
