นโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อม ( Environment Policy)

กลุ่มบริษัท ไทยซัมมิท ฮาร์เนส จำกัด หนึ่งในผู้นำด้านการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ มีความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และมีความมุ่งมั่นในการลดผลกระทบจากการดำเนินงานต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อรักษาคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงาน ชุมชน และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกภาคส่วน บริษัทได้กำหนด นโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงาน ดังนี้:

1. การปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อมและการป้องกันความเสี่ยง บริษัทมีความตั้งใจในการลดผลกระทบทางสิ่งแวดล้อมจากกระบวนการผลิต ป้องกันมลพิษ และปรับปรุงระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยประเมินและบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเป็นระบบ

2. การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนด บริษัทจะดำเนินธุรกิจตามกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนด และมาตรฐานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งในระดับประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงกฎหมายเฉพาะทาง เช่น REACH, RoHS และ ELV

3. การใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงาน น้ำ และวัตถุดิบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยนำเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมมาปรับใช้เพื่อลดการใช้ทรัพยากรและลดของเสียจากกระบวนการผลิต

4. การจัดการพลังงานและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง พิจารณาการใช้พลังงานสะอาดและพลังงานหมุนเวียน และตั้งเป้าหมายลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก (GHG) เพื่อบรรลุความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน (Net-Zero) ภายในปี 2593

5. การจัดการของเสียและการรีไซเคิล ลดปริมาณของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการผลิตเพิ่มสัดส่วนการ รีไซเคิลวัสดุ และบริหารจัดการของเสียอย่างถูกต้องอย่างปลอดภัยและเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

6. การบริหารจัดการน้ำและดิน ควบคุมและลดการใช้น้ำ รวมถึงป้องกันการปนเปื้อนในแหล่งน้ำและดิน สนับสนุนการอนุรักษ์แหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติ โดยดำเนินการตามแนวทางการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

7. การควบคุมคุณภาพอากาศ ควบคุมการปล่อยก๊าซและฝุ่นละอองจากกิจกรรมการผลิตให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด พร้อมนำเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมมาใช้

8. การจัดการสารเคมีอย่างปลอดภัย เก็บรักษาและใช้สารเคมีอย่างเหมาะสม ลดความเสี่ยงจากการรั่วไหลหรืออุบัติเหตุ โดยจัดทำคู่มือความปลอดภัยและฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง

9. การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างยั่งยืน บริษัทจะคำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อมในทุกขั้นตอนของการออกแบบสินค้า ส่งเสริมการผลิตที่สามารถรีไซเคิลได้ และลดผลกระทบตลอดวงจรชีวิตผลิตภัณฑ์

10. ความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยของลูกค้า(ผู้บริโภค) มีการควบคุมตรวจสอบสารโลหะหนักปนเปื้อนในผลิตภัณฑ์Substance control of Environment concern (SOC) เพื่อยืนยันถึงความปลอดภัยต่อสิ่งมีชีวิตและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการที่จะนำซากของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่หมดอายุการใช้งานกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่ได้อย่างปลอดภัย

11. การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้คู่ค้าและพันธมิตรปฏิบัติตามแนวทางสิ่งแวดล้อมเช่นเดียวกัน พร้อมเปิดรับข้อเสนอแนะและความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาระบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง

12. การพัฒนาความรู้และวัฒนธรรมองค์กร จัดฝึกอบรมและกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และจิตสำนึกด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมให้แก่พนักงานทุกระดับอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

13. การติดตามและรายงานผล ดำเนินการตรวจสอบงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นประจำ พร้อมกำหนดตัวชี้วัด (KPI) เพื่อวัดประสิทธิภาพและความก้าวหน้าในการดำเนินการ

ผู้บริหารและพนักงานทุกระดับ รวมถึงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย จะต้องตระหนักและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายฉบับนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้บริษัทดำเนินงานสู่เป้าหมายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน และเป็นองค์กรที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากสังคม

นโยบายนี้สามารถเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะได้

Environmental Policy

Thai Summit Harness Group Co., Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers in the automotive parts industry, recognizes the importance of conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner. The company is committed to minimizing environmental impacts from its operations and promoting the sustainable use of resources in order to safeguard the quality of life for employees, communities, and all stakeholders. To achieve this, the company has established the following Environmental Policy as a guiding framework for its operations:

1. Environmental Protection and Risk Prevention We are dedicated to minimizing the environmental impact of our manufacturing processes, preventing pollution, and continuously improving our environmental management systems through systematic risk assessment and Environment aspect.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations We operate in full compliance with relevant environmental laws, regulations, and standards at both national and international levels, including specific directives such as REACH, RoHS, and ELV.

3. Efficient Resource Utilization We promote the efficient use of energy, water, and raw materials by adopting appropriate technologies to reduce resource consumption and waste generation during production.

4. Energy Management and Climate Change We continuously improve energy efficiency, consider the adoption of clean and renewable energy sources, and are committed to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to achieve carbon neutrality (Net-Zero) by 2050.

5. Waste Management and Recycling We aim to reduce waste generation from production activities, increase recycling rates, and manage waste in a safe, compliant, and environmentally friendly manner.

6. Water and Soil Management We control and reduce water usage and prevent contamination of water and soil resources. We also support the conservation of natural water sources in line with sustainable development principles.

7. Air Quality Control We manage emissions and dust from production processes to remain within legal limits, applying appropriate air pollution control technologies.

8. Safe Chemical Management We ensure chemicals are stored and used properly to reduce risks of leakage or accidents, supported by clear safety guidelines and continuous training programs.

9. Sustainable Product Design Environmental considerations are integrated into all stages of product design. We promote recyclable designs and aim to reduce environmental impact throughout the product lifecycle.

10. Customer (Consumer) Safety and Occupational Health We monitor and control heavy metal substances in products (Substance of Concern - SOC) to ensure safety for living organisms and the environment, facilitating safe recycling or reuse of end-of-life products.

11. Stakeholder Engagement We encourage suppliers and business partners to adopt similar environmental practices and welcome feedback and collaboration for ongoing system improvement.

12. Knowledge and Organizational Culture Development We conduct regular training and activities to build environmental awareness, understanding, and responsibility among employees at all levels.

13. Monitoring and Reporting We regularly audit, assess, and report on environmental performance, with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and effectiveness.

All executives, employees, and stakeholders are expected to fully understand and adhere to this policy to ensure that the company achieves its long-term environmental goals and continues to be a trusted organization in the eyes of society.
